One of our greatest achievements has been the amalgamation of specialised care and support, with independent living in a social housing scheme. We operate several schemes throughout the province, providing people with dementia and learning disabilities the opportunity to live independent lives within a safe, secure and supportive environment.
Residents live in their own accommodation, where they are assisted by the most advanced non-obtrusive care technology available. They are treated with respect, understanding and each tenant receives a personalised structured support and care plan. This access to independence provides many people living with mental or physical health problem with a sense of worth and dignity, whilst providing their families and carers with peace of mind.
