The development team’s main focus is to identify and secure new housing opportunities. This is achieved through:
- Acquiring new sites for development, from the open market
- Working with a range of partners including developers, landowners, consultants and both voluntary and statutory agencies
- Working on design and build projects with developers
- Our aim is to provide accessible, safe, quality homes which are integrated into the community, with careful consideration being given to the ecological impact of our projects
