Fold’s Housing Association provides housing for families, single people, couples and older people. With over 100 housing schemes throughout Northern Ireland we provide affordable modern living to all our residents. Fold also provides Housing-with-Care which caters for those with more complex housing needs
Our housing projects are developed with local communities in mind, enabling Fold to take a more flexible approach in providing local solutions to local housing issues. Our schemes have been developed to meet the specific housing needs of the area.
We are able to provide you with impartial advice on your housing needs and assist you in completing your housing application to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for accommodation. Our aim is to provide affordable quality housing and associated housing support services to all our residents.
