Apartment Living is Fold’s accommodation for older people, in more than 90 schemes, located in every county in Northern Ireland

 

Each scheme has communal areas, where residents can meet to socialise and participate in organised activities if they wish.  However the schemes provide independent living and each apartment provides residents with a self contained home with their own front door, with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Fold provides good quality affordable accommodation in a safe and comfortable living environment that promotes both independence and empowerment to our residents.

 

All of Fold’s Apartments for Older People have the TeleCare emergency service provided, so should a resident require assistance they can access a 24 hour response from Telecare Staff who will take the appropriate action required.
