In Fold we recognise that there may be occasions when our services fall short of what you expect. We want you to tell us of any grievances you may have, we take all complaints seriously and it also provides us with a valuable opportunity to improve our services.

You can make a complaint by completing the complaints form below, however you may wish to speak to someone directly, this can be arranged by contacting your local Housing Officer, Manager or Scheme Supervisor.
