Fold Housing Association is one of the largest and most successful housing and care organisations in Ireland.
The Association provides a diverse range of Housing, Care and Support Services to those in need.
Fold have around 800 employees throughout the 100 sites and the Association's aim is to be the provider of choice for families and others in need of housing, care and support.
Central to the Association's success are its people. The organisation has achieved a number of quality awards which focuses on this valuable resource. For example: Customer Service Excellence Award, Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies, Telecare Service Association and various International Organisation of Standardisation (ISO) Awards. We aim to continually improve and value the input of all our staff.
The Human Resources and Corporate Services Directorate supports the Association in achieving its aims and objectives as outlined in the Business and Corporate Plans.
The Human Resources and Corporate Services Directorate instigates practices and procedures that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture.
