Fold Housing Association is one of the largest and most successful housing and care organizations in Ireland.
The Association provides a diverse range of Housing, Care and Support Services to those in need.
Fold has almost 800 employees throughout its 100 sites and its aim is to be the best provider in its field.
Central to the Fold's success is its people, the organization has achieved a number of quality awards which focuses on this valuable resource. For example: Investors in People, European Foundation Quality Mark, Chartermark, Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies, and Telecare Service Association. We aim to continually improve and value the input of all our staff.
The Human Resources Department supports the organization in achieving its aims and objectives as outlined in the Business and Corporate Plans.
All of the Fold's staff are encouraged to participate in their own personal development and training. Fold offers a full training program to ensure corporate needs are met.
Fold aims to treat all its employees fairly. The Human Resources ensures that this happens, by continually informing all employees of changes to their terms and conditions, policy or procedural changes; Human Resources also handles day to day enquiries in relation to employment law and policy issues, training and development.

Recruitment is centralized through the HR Department based in our Head Office in Holywood.
