Goals
To support these corporate objectives, the organisation’s main goals are:
- To develop new social housing to meet Northern Ireland’s current housing needs and manage its own housing stock
- To develop care services in support of its tenants and residents, and manage these services
- To develop care services for other special needs groups not already addressed
- To work with other statutory, voluntary and community organisations to continually improve the development and management of housing and care services
- To consult with tenants, residents and clients on the provision of its services in order to promote tenant involvement
