Fold TeleCare Monitoring Oaklee Out-of-Hours

In March, Oaklee Housing Association appointed Fold to provide its out-of-hours monitoring service for sheltered and supported housing and its out of hours maintenance contact service.

Over 70 schemes, comprising over 2,000 dwellings are now connected through to Fold’s 24/7 Response Centre.  Tenants can use a simple pull cord in the living room, bedroom and bathroom as a quick and easy way to call for help and assistance,

In the event the supervisor is not on the premises, the call will be immediately transferred to the Fold TeleCare call advisor team.

A team of highly trained, professional and caring advisers are based at the Service Centre in Holywood, County Down. They answer over 1,000 calls a day, providing security and support.

Fold provides peace of mind not just to the tenants but also their extended network of families and carers who know they will be called to provide help if and when needed.

Oaklee tenants can also access Fold TeleCare’s out of hours maintenance service.  By calling a dedicated number tenants can request an emergency maintenance support service. Fold’s TeleCare service is monitored and assessed in accordance to the Telecare Services Association (TSA) Code of Practice.
