Fold NVQ Award Presentation

18 members of Fold’s Care Services team achieved their NVQ’s in Health & Social Care Levels 2 and 4, Catering/Supervisory Management 3, NVQ A1 Assessor Awards and V1 Verifier Awards.

Building on the success of previous years, Fold continues to invest in its staff to ensure that our Service Users get the best care and support possible.

Staff continue to be supported in obtaining a variety of NVQ’s. Jannina Culpeper, Care Services Manager and NVQ Assessment Centre Coordinator commented; “Encouraging staff to develop their practical skills and knowledge through a number of training and development courses including NVQ’s is a key objective of Fold and we are happy to support staff in their pursuit of knowledge applicable to their role.”

Funding for training including that received from the DHSSPS Training & Support Programme enables us to identify and fund a range of training and development opportunities including those with a qualification outcome, all aimed at developing their knowledge and skills
