Nineteen members of staff from within Fold’s Care Services Department achieve NVQ’s in Health and Social Care levels 2-3, Management Level 4 and Professional Cookery Level 2

 

Building on the success of previous years, Fold continues to invest in its staff to ensure that our Service Users get the best care and support possible.

 

 To date over 120 staff have been supported to obtain a variety of NVQ’s. Jannina Culpeper, Care Services Manager and NVQ Assessment Centre Coordinator commented;

 

“Encouraging staff to develop their practical skills and knowledge through a number of training and development courses including NVQ’s is a key objective of Fold and we are happy to support staff in their pursuit of knowledge applicable to their role.”
