Goals

Mr John McLean, Chief Executive at Fold's Staff Conference To support these corporate objectives, the organisation’s main goals are?

To develop new social housing to meet Northern Ireland’s current housing needs and manage its own housing stock
To develop care services in support of its tenants and residents, and manage these services
To develop care services for other special needs groups not already addressed.
To work with other statutory, voluntary and community organisations to continually improve the development and management of housing and care services
To consult with tenants, residents and clients on the provision of its services in order to promote tenant involvement
