Fold Housing Association provides a range of housing and support services throughout Northern Ireland.

Established in 1976, Fold is one of the leading providers of housing, care and support services in Northern Ireland; supporting over 5,000 tenants and residents living in its sheltered accommodation, family housing and specialist care schemes.

Fold's highly trained workforce provide a range of services enabling people to live longer in their own homes or as independently as possible within a specialist care scheme.

Fold's innovative Telecare service provides peace of mind to over 22,500 homes across Ireland, making 100,000 morning calls and handling 395,000 emergency calls a year.

In 2009 Fold achieved the EFQM, Mark of Excellence.

Fold's services continue to be delivered in partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, the Department for Social Development and the Health and Social Care Trusts.
