Accommodation

All tenants will be given the opportunity to view a property before accepting an offer from FOLD. Any questions regarding a property will be addressed by a Housing Officer during the viewing.

All our Family and Singles Houses, Apartments and Bungalows are let unfurnished and range in size from one to four bedrooms. It will be the tenant’s responsibility to furnish the property.

All properties will have a fitted bathroom and kitchen including sink, cupboards and drawers. White goods are not included with kitchen.

Full central heating either oil fired or gas will be provided and serviced to meet industry Health and Safety regulations. It will be the tenant’s responsibility to maintain oil and gas supplies.

In-curtilage car parking and front and rear gardens to our family accommodation will be provided when possible. 

Any improvements and alterations to a property may be requested by a tenant to FOLD in writing in order to obtain permission.
