Payment and Charges

Do you have a question? Get in TouchWeekly rental charge; the amount of rent is based on the type and size of the property you live in.

Weekly rates charge; the amount paid will depend on the property, area it is situated in and District Council.

Service charge; there may be a service charge on certain property types. This will be advised to the tenant prior to the tenancy commencing.    

Tenancy Agreement; All charges will be made clear to tenants before the commencement of tenancy and will be listed in the offer of tenancy.

Housing Benefit; some tenants may be entitled to Housing Benefit to help towards their weekly charges. A Housing Officer will be able to advise tenants on this before or during a tenancy.

Rental enquires; at any time during a tenancy, a tenant may contact their Housing Officer regarding their rent or any other issue.
