Accommodation

At FOLD we provide unfurnished one - two bedroom apartments and bungalows specifically designed for older people and couples.

All prospective residents will be given the opportunity to view a property before accepting an offer from FOLD. Any questions regarding a property will be addressed by a Housing Officer during the viewing.

All tenants have their own self contained home which has a bathroom, kitchen and central heating.

Any improvements and alterations to a property may be requested by a tenant to FOLD in writing in order to obtain permission.
