At FOLD we provide homes for over 55’s which have been designed to be convenient and easy to maintain. All tenants have their own front door giving privacy and independence we promote to all our tenants.

However we have a range of social events including the weekly lunch club and coffee mornings which are held in the communal lounge. Our schemes for older people also offer well maintained garden areas, laundry facilities and guest room for visitors.
