Print this PageDo you have a question? Get in TouchWeekly rental charge: the amount of rent is based on the type and size of the property you live in.
Weekly rates charge: the amount paid will depend on the property, area it is situated in and District Council.
Service charge: this charge includes the Coordinator service, our 24 hour Telecare service, repairs and maintenance service, window cleaning, gardening and upkeep of communal areas.
Tenancy Agreement: all charges will be made clear to tenants before the commencement of tenancy and will be listed in the offer of tenancy.
Housing Benefit; some residents may be entitled to Housing Benefit to help towards their weekly charges. A Housing Officer will be able to advise tenants on this before or during a tenancy.

Rental enquires; at any time during a tenancy, a tenant may contact their Housing Officer, or by contacting FOLD Head Office.
