Information
Gnangara is Fold’s newest housing with care scheme and is registered for the provision of residential care to those with dementia (DE). Gnangara will welcome its first residents during early 2011.
Gnangara Housing with Care is regulated, and will be inspected by the Northern Ireland Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority.
Gnangara provides full residential care for 15 residents 24 hours per day.

Each ensuite dwelling is carpeted. A range of built in furniture is provided. A bed and all bedding is in place. Curtains are provided in the bedroom.
The ensuite facility provides a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. A lockable bathroom cabinet is also provided.
A television point and a BT telephone point is provided in each dwelling and residents can install private telephones as they choose.
Gnangara offers a range of communal facilities that include:-

· Secure Courtyard Gardens with outdoor seating
Gnangara Housing with Care is situated just off the main Sligo Road at the Drumawill roundabout and is convenient to a local shop and petrol station.
Staff are trained to NVQ standards to deliver person centred care to residents. Individual care plans are tailored to address personal need and can include management of personal care, medication, dietary requirements, meeting spiritual needs and activity provision.
