Supported Housing
- Individual support for those who live in a supported environment allowing them to have a level of independence with support when needed.
- Staff are able to be alerted to a situation and deal with it quickly allowing them to provide help as and when it is required.
TeleCare Sensors:
- Bed Sensors– programmed to suit the person. This will send an alert if the person gets out of bed but does not return within a certain time.
- Wandering Alert – Sends an alert if the person leaves the room and does not return
- Flood Sensor
- Heat Sensor
- Epilepsy Sensor
- Medication Reminders
- Vital Signs Monitoring
