How does it work?

  • A Lifeline unit linked to your telephone
  • Call for help by simply pressing the button on the; pendant alarm
  • Friendly highly trained advisors will answer the calls ; 24 hours a day
  • Provide an appropriate response (call a family ; member/friend or neighbour
  • Call a doctor or emergency services if require

    The Lifeline unit provides our staff with all the information they need about a caller, so if for some reason, you are unable to talk, they will know who you are and where you live, and can take the appropriate action, whether calling a relative or the emergency services.

    What do I need to connect to the service?

    All you need is a telephone socket near an electrical socket, but do not worry if you do not have these sockets, as we can help you to arrange for these to be provided.
