Thanks to our innovative 24-hour support service we can help people reclaim their independence and live in their own home without fear.
How does it work?
The Lifeline unit provides our staff with all the information they need about a caller, so if for some reason, you are unable to talk, they will know who you are and where you live, and can take the appropriate action, whether calling a relative or the emergency services.
What do I need to connect to the service?
All you need is a telephone socket near an electrical socket, but do not worry if you do not have these sockets, as we can help you to arrange for these to be provided.
